Abiotic lifeforms consist of inanimate objects (Objects that are not alive or can not move) and other things that can not move, some people think that corpses of dead animals and plants are abiotic sense they are not alive, technically, yes they aren't alive but that doesn't mean there not biotic still, the dead do not count as abiotic lifeforms, even slightly this may be confusing to some new ecology researchers (The research of ecosystems) An example of an abiotic object is air, water, rocks and other objects that we use.
